my cousin from my mother's side and his wife welcomed twins into the family tonight. a boy and a girl - Ashley was born at 10.28pm, Gareth arrived soon after at 10.30pm, on the 18th of june 2008, which is also their mother's birthday. it's times like this where i really wonder what is going through both parents' heads right now. i mean, you finally, officially, leave behind bachelor/bachelorette hood now, cos despite a divorce whatsoever, you will still have an offspring that will be forever connected to you by the red liquid that flows through your veins. you also take on new roles, mummy and daddy, which is a long and never ending journey unless either you or your child dies. (touch wood) and i also feel that the most bizarre thing about pregnancy is that you go to the hospital as a couple, but you go home with 3 people. (well in this case 4) all i can say is that they are one hell of a lucky pair of twins to be born into so much wealth. they must have been saints in their previous lives.

and this is the reason i think life is worth living for. i really want to know who my mr right would be, how many kids i would have, boy or girl, what their names would be, who they would look like, what job i would have blah blah.......... there's just so much things that is waiting for all of us! and if all this just came to a halt, i think i'll die. i think time isn't passing quickly enough. but then again, we must not be so anxious, so that we can take time to savour the present.
