wow. ive been neglecting my own blog in favour of my class one. sigh. i love u bloggie!! :D ok. shall stop posting so much crap there and post here instead.

ok. so yesterday i went for training at RDA. omg i love the horses sooooo much!!!!! yes ok, they can be kinda cranky at times, and it's quite scary cos you don't know what they don't like and im constantly scared they'd go berserk and kick me, but they're so cute and beautiful and magnificent........omg im definately going to take up horse-riding. even if mum and dad doesn't pay for me, i will take it up when i grow up. and i think i will continue volunteering even after i graduate from my cca, simply because i love the kids and the horses so much!

yep. so today was qing ming. we ordered food like there was no tmr man. and i was thinking how jealous yingxy was of us. XDXDXD we ordered 4 chaipoh eggs. and the 1st few that came was finished in less than 20 seconds. no kidding. we were that.........greedy?? haha.......but the weather was super hot today. i was sweating like a mad cow. (Don't ask me if mad cows actually sweat. it's just an expression)

today was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. ok, maybe i was having PMS or something, but i duno......i was just so moody the whole day. whatsmore, i had to keep a smile in place so that people wouldn't think im throwing a tantrum or something. oh wait. no one would even notice.

we beat acjc at the water polo match today. exactly a year ago, was rooting for ac. now im singing a different tune. :P haha, how times change. apparently clement performed really well today. im not surprised.

my friend came crying to me today cos she found out, *, a guy she liked was attached. she was devastated. she looked so sad an pitiful, it just broke my heart. and it hit me that that was exactly how i felt and looked like inside, just that i never showed it with salt water falling from my eyes. and then she told me to never get your heart broken by a guy.

and i was thinking "too late".

and it just hit me, that if i were to be a star like Yvaine, i'd shine as brightly as she does around Him. well, according to lou, i already "light up" whenever He comes into the picture. all i'm missing is that actual "glow" around me.

it's my birthday!!! im 18!!!! yay!!!!

omg this must be one of the best days of my life! my fears of the party being a failure was really redundant.

so i spent a nearly sleepless night last night cos i was so excited!! it was a busy morning cos we had to run around getting last minute stuff cos i just decided less than a week ago to have a party. then lou lou was the 1st to arrive!! she's the best. :) she's always first, and always there supporting me in whatever i do. thanks lou, i love u so so sooooooo much and i KNOW we will be friends for life. :)

next was jelly, followed by hwei ee and jun long. hwei ee learnt how to play bridge and apparently he's very good at it now. :P yep. then jiamin, charles, pook and charlene came. followed by germaine i think.........argh can't rmb already!!!! in a nutshell i had such a good time! we played Pictionary, mahjong, bridge, pig, heartattack oh, and the fishing game!! i really didn't expect a bunch of 17 year olds to wana play it so bad........but ahh wells!! jun long lost at both games of pig and omg........his forfeits were hilarious! but he was briliant cos he's sooooo sporting. :) so everyone went home by about 7+, and only joyce and li thong stayed for dinner.

and of course, the day wouldn't be complete without not 1, but 2 calls from yingxy in canada!!!! love u more and more each day cuz.

so i changed the class blogskin and my friend doesn't like it. fine, if you're so good, why didn't you do it before? so don't complain, unless you're gona do something about it. hmph!

so i had a blast yesterday with my friends. :))) we started out doing ARES CIP at jurong, and that had me running to Giant across the road a very tiring 2 times cos we kept running out of ingredients. -_-'''

after that, me, charles, hwei ee, junlong, shilbe, charlene and pook went for late lunch and movie! before the movie we had some time to kill so we went to play pool!! ok, it was my first ever attempt at pool and i sucked, but i managed to hit in 2 balls in a row k!! even the guys were impressed! and i beat hwei ee 4-0 at table soccer!! haha!! what to do.......i had plenty of practice before!! :P yep, after that we went to watch "Vantage point". quite a cool show i must say. of course some parts were a bit lame and not feasible, but ahhh well.......... that's Hollywood for you. :P

im turning 18 tmr!!! haha omg i can't believe it!!!!!!! i've waited for this day for like, FOREVER. finally i can DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Dream come true at it's best. XDXDXD my friends are coming over tmr for my birthday party! eeeeekk!! can't wait! im so excited! i haven't had a party as big as this in ages! but this is me turning the big 1-8!! Ping An hurt his foot!! poor baby............. :( he can't climb the stairs very well now so we have to carry him up and down. the stupid doctor just diagnosed it as a sprain or something, put in a cast, gave some medicine, and charged us a freaking $102!!!!!! that's like 20 times what i pay for myself man. *grumble grumble*

food for thought. i talked to yi hui yesterday and she said some thing that really piqued my interest. she believes there will be more than one soulmate in the world for everyone. cos the world is so big with so many people, it's impossible that there is only ONE person in the world that suits us. Thus, it all comes down to who we meet first.

went out with yi hui today. we went for lunch at sushi tei, shopped around abit, got my birthday present for hwei ee, then went to watch step up 2: the streets! i must say, the movie is quite a disappointment. what was shown in the trailer, there was soooooo much missing in the movie!!!! the trailer is super misleading too. it totally makes you expect something else. and the plot for this show is quite sucky. the first step up was soooooooooo much better!!! also, this one is too breakdance-y for my liking. yeah sure some parts were cool and nice, but hmmm............. not really my type. the girl was pretty, ive got a friend who looks so much like her, while the guy was just bleh........ you can watch the entire movie on youtube by the way.

i went to hand in my specs so they can put new lenses in, so now im as blind as a bat. was playiing piano just now with the score centimetres from my nose. i think our eyesight is something many of us take for granted. we never know whow important it is until times like this.

i truly believe that miracles do happen.

firstly, the kids were much easier to handle today. maybe cos we already had some experience from yesterday, getting them to do stuff was a teeny bit easier. :P and mind you, the day was longer. about 8am till 9+pm. ok, ive said this alot in my earlier posts........

yep. so we started off the day with charades and pictionary, and most were (too) enthusiastic to the point of almost-chaos. except 2 monkeys that kept running around and screaming and i'd given up on them long ago. then we had to prepare a skit or dance or song or basically anything we want for talentime night. and no one was willing to cooperate. everything we said, this girl said "lame" or someother negative thing. i tell you, we could have given her the best idea in the world and she would have shot it down without batting an eyelid. i think she says it for the sake of saying it. it really got on my nerves after awhile and i just ignored her whenever i could. oh!! then my friend Tim volunteered to teach the kids the Ares cheer and asked everyone to look at him. and the girl was like, " eeeek! don't want! so ugly!" and then Tim was like "whoa lao! no girl has ever said im ugly before k!" and after that he refused to show the cheer already. so petty! XDXDXD but seriously, it was so funny that i was laughing so so so so hard. :P cos Tim is like your typical jock kind of guy, tall, athletic, wide shoulders and narrow waist kind of built. overall quite a nice physique. hahahaha........ can't imagine how bad his ego was ruined....... XD

lunch came and went and of course the kids picked the veggies aside. and during lunch, this little boy asked my friend, "gorgor, what is a vagina?" i swear i nearly pucked out my food with laughter. then my friend was like, "some part of the body. you'll learnt when you grow up." oh geez, sometimes these kids are hilarious. XDXDXD then we had Amazing Race, which is probably the most boring one in history. the same girl as mentioned above, fine her name is Angie, kept asking me station after station what the next game was and where the venue was. i tell you, she irritates fuck out of me. wth. i just wanted to scream at her to shut up and stop asking questions.

finally after dinner, a miracle happened and the kids started to cooperate a little!! and we managed to practise our item!!! i was soooooooooooooo happy!!! i was almost shaking with nervousness that we'd mess up big time in front of everyone. so during talentime, we did our thang and we had song and dance. we did "hokey cokey" (yes, i though it was "pokey" too, but apparently it's another version) and it had this extra part which was really fun!! finally after more songs, the kids went home and we took photos. then my group members and I, well 4 of us namely me, weilin, tianyuan and jiunn lin went to KAP for supper. we were missing Tim and another girl.

people who come into my life never cease to amaze me. and i never cease to amaze myself too. i never thought i would go out with another group of people besides my classmates from school, especially since i don't really know anyone from my CCA. but we happened to get along ok so i agreed to go hang out. it was really not bad. we had our own share of laughs. weilin, who is a guy by the way, recalled the time i gave him a weird look when i found out he was actually a guy. Haha! so embarrassing! :P and when we asked him why he chose to join interact, he absolutely refused to tell us why. god knows what huge important secret that was. i even tried to wheedle it ou of him by tempting him with sweets, the only thing we could use to make the kids do as we tell them, and he laughed so hard at the joke he couldn't swallow his milo at all. :P ahh funny funny........

OH. MY. GOD. i have never dreaded school the way i do now. the camp today was living hell. pure torture. by 10am, al of us wanted to die and puke blood and surrender. i have NO IDEA how im gona survive till 9pm tmr. the kids today were not only rude, they were uncooperative and rowdy. i really must thank my parents for teaching my the right way to behave. there was this little girl who spoke chinese and i was like "whoa! you know how to speak chinese?" and she was like "of cos i know cos im chinese! stupid......" i nearly told her she looked malay to me. she did ok!!! whoa lao shes a damn irritating fucker man...... please god. give me the strength to survive one more day. why im sacrificing 2 days of my holiday for these brats is beyond me.

but on a hindsight, i think the good thing about having a CCA is that you get to widen your social circle and know more people, not just the ones from your class.

so after an exhausting day of school, i went to my friend's house. omg i tell you, her house is a MANSION. i looked at it from the outside and i was almost too intimidated to go in. it's like mindblowingly, freaking B-I-G. enormous. gargantuan. her house makes mine look like a cardboard box. it even has it's own freaking MOVIE ROOM!!!! complete with the seats, screen, pitch black and sound system. her dad's a dentist. charles' parents are doctors and they live in a bunglow with a pool. thus, im now more than convinced than ever that the way to earning big bucks is through a medical career. oh. and may i say that these 2 rich people both live at houses number 8. seems like it's a lucky number for a reason.

i found out that my friend had my huangcheng ticket all along!!!! my friends just told me this evening. i was soooooooo FUCKING PISSED!!!! THERE GOES MY 12 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!! FOR ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOTHING!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I watched "John Tucker must die" at my friend's house tonight in her awesome movie room. i must say it's quite a pretty enjoyable chick flick. even though the ending was so painfully lame!! and she didn't even get to kiss her dream guy!! brittany snow has the most amazing, beautiful blue eyes i have ever seen. im sooooooooo gona get blue contact lenses. :P

went to makes new lenses for my glasses today cos i haven't been seeing very well during lectures, and got a shock of my life. i always thought my degree was about 300+, but it turned out it was 400+, nearly 500. but thank god it's still below 500. im going to work very hard to make sure it doesn't get worse. i think sis' is about 600. crazy. that girl has no love for herself. im gona ban her from her com and playstation.

my school has this annual chinese play called "huangcheng" and i paid 12 bucks for it but DIDNT GET MY TICKET. IM FUCKING PISSED. IM NEVER GOING FOR HUANGCHENG AGAIN. i'm very very angry right now. :(

tmr i have a camp in school for under-privileged kids. from 8am all the way to 6+, then on tue its all the way till 9. yes, 9PM. *sobs* someone save me please.

was watching the video of rachel mcadams and ryan gosling kissing after winning best kiss in 2005 for the MTV movie awards. yes it's quite old, but it's super sweet!!!! i love the both of them so much!! it's so sad that they broke up. :(

my econs teacher is insane. ever since he took over our class, he has been bombarding us nonstop with econs stuff. i can get like 5 emails from him PER WEEK. AT LEAST. duno whether to laugh or cry. he's super, or overly enthusiastic. this is what happens when you teach old people how to use email. they get so excited and start spamming you with email after email. my inbox is close to exploding. he even made a cheer for our class. yes, a cheer. he calls it our "battle cry and cheer song". im still in shock. unbelievable? believe it.

today was the release of the 2007 Alevel results. i got B for chinese!!! aahahahaa........people keep asking me if im happy. well, not as happy as i would be if i got A, but i sort of expected it. i screwed up my oral big time!!!! oh god i only got a pass!! :P geez so malu. considering i got distinction and A1 for olevel. wow what a big jump. but im not retaking anyway. i won't be able to stand another year of chinese. i would only retake if i had C and below. i had a friend who had E and another who i thought was damn pro at chinese, but she got B too. ahh wells.

better news. Hwa Chong outdid ourselves, yet AGAIN!!! :D it's the time of the year which i love most, because i can say "my school is better than yours!" oh no......am i gona be spammed for being an elitist? :P though i may not be as good as you, i can still say "my school did better. so shut up!" no offence to all my friends. love love u guys to death and you know im just joking around. :)

i have a sudden urge to watch "Transformers" at this very moment. :P

yep. this is the last day of term 1. next week is march hols. ive got loads of catching up to do. sigh.

STJ tonight. surprisingly May came, but turnout still sucked. only 18 of us, which is an average of 9 per class. bleh. jiefu was eating nonstop. he and finished their maincourse, and then they were like, "ok! shall we go for dinner?" lol.

walked around aimlessly after that. ended up at at Sembawang music store wanting to buy the Stardust DVD. but whoopdedoo, it was sold out. :( ended up buying a CD i had no idea about. but it was playing in the store and it was damn nice. jeez, can't even remember the last time i bought a CD.

bio test on tuesday and i haven't started studying. im so screwed! bah. this post is bo-ring........ zzzzzzzz.........
